RETURNS - Missing, Damaged or Defective Merchandise.
Requests for missing, or the return of merchandise must be made within 10 days of receipt of goods.
What if I received incorrect, broken or damaged items?
In the event that you receive a product from us that is incorrect, broken or damaged, email us at sales@creative-wholesale.com within 10 days of receipt of the package. Please include your order number, a list of the items, and any photographs of the damaged or incorrect items. Retain the shipping box/package for inspection by UPS or USPS. We will notify you when to discard the merchandise and box.
Email our office at sales@beaderyproducts.com for a return authorization number. Explain why you wish to return the items. Shipments returned without a return authorization number will be refused. Approved returns may be subject to a 20% restocking fee. Shipment discrepancies must be reported within 10 days of receipt of goods. Merchandise must be in good condition when returned. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original Packaging. No credit will be given for merchandise that is not in a condition to be resold.
Note: All discontinued items are sold as is. No Refunds for Discontinued items.
How to Return Items
To return merchandise, include a copy of your invoice with the merchandise, and indicate on the invoice the reason for return. Make sure that you include the return authorization number on both the invoice and on the outside of the box. Ship the package to the following address:

REFUNDS
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at sales@beaderyproducts.com and send your item to:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
